Cik Norhayati is currently a stage arbiter at PPD Padawan/JPN and an Additional Mathematics teacher in SM Sains Kuching. She studied at Tunku Kurshiah College, Negeri Sembilan before obtaining her diploma (Mathematics/ Additional Mathematics) at Maktab Perguruan Temenggung Ibrahim, Johor Bahru. She then obtained her Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematical Modelling) in 2001 at Universiti Sains Malaysia. In Sept 2015 - June 2017, she did her master degree in Master of Science (Learning Sciences) in University Malaysia Sarawak.
